Applications for General and Individual Contractor Licenses must be completed in full and returned to the Community Development Department for review by the Chief Building Official. Please submit applications either through the mail or via email to the Chief Building Official, Justin Scott at [email protected] or Permit Technician, Deeann Miller at [email protected] .
